This is a pleasant album, one among thousands of great library LPs. But I've long wondered, what is it about this record that merits so many reissues? Odd.

Absolutly, I've also noticed this fact, since the first reedit (this one in 2004), there was a new release each 5 years virtually, while many others pearls (as deserving) didn't have even one! As you said, library's things are sometimes odd...
