Canīt say I know or heard that particular track. However, Iīve been able to come up with two other library tracks used in that film:

Alain Pewzner, Christian Leroux, Daniel Darras - Lake Placid (KOKA)
Gavin Greenaway - Working Well (B) (THEMES INTERNATIONAL)

Hope you find that one, though  :D

I had NO idea about these two!maybe what I ask is one of the rest songs included at the albums of the songs you suggested!
and now I listen the gavine greenaway lp,movie is full of tracks from this lp!

The track is titled "Wings" from KOK 2001 - Drivin' USA by Jean Yves D'Angelo & Kamil Rustam. Unfortunately it appears the album is now discontinued.

Edit: Upon further investigation, it appears as though the track was also on KOK 59 - Highways as posted Roope - https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=1160.15
