     I posted my first rip on LMT on this date in 2014.

     I started collecting Library Music mostly through Piero Umiliani, scouring the internet for rips I didn't have. I was usually disappointed—finding dead links, extinct blogs, and abandoned chat rooms.

     I probably ran across the original Library Music Themes several times, but it was while searching for LPS 0029 - Paesi Balcanici that I realized the site was active. I was thrilled to find a link for that album, posted by Greta, that still worked!

     Soon after, I started buying Umiliani LPs and doing my own rips. I thought it appropriate that on my fourth anniversary I post my version of Paesi Balcanici. I would also like to thank Retronic for creating this board, Greta for posting the link that originally brought me here, and all the people who keep LMT active. Skol.

I adore Umiliani's "ethnic" records and think it's a shame they've only seen reissue once on this pricey vinyl set ( https://www.discogs.com/Piero-Umiliani-Lost-Found-The-Ethnic-Records/release/7967982 ) ... If you or anyone else has Polinesia, Continente Nero, or Africa (credited to M. Zalla) to share in lossless quality, I would be ecstatic!

I can share Genti e Paesi del Mondo as flac, for those interested.
