Since seemingly noone bothered making a thread about the two Spumco internet serials: The Goddamn George Liquor Program and Weekend Pussy Hunt, I'm doing it right now, with some potential leads to finding the remaining unknown tracks (from TGGLP that is, WPH is pretty much fully identified).
So, the thing I noticed is that there are two CPM tracks in the first episode of George Liquor Program: "Turkey Reel" and "Comedy Cut [#7.1]" both by Harry Bluestone and Emil Cadkin, but Wikipedia lists the series debuted in 1997 when the albums these tracks are from: CAS 009 and CAS 015 have release dates of 2001 and 2003 respectively. This, along with the first episode of Weekend Pussy Hunt having a track from Langlois Filmusic, make me think the series used more music from vinyl-exclusive labels, and not even necessarily Capitol Hi-Q like R&S and other Spumco projects. In the case of the CPM I just brought up, the former doesn't have any earlier release listed on PMW, but the latter does and it's from Music-'Que' Spot. This also probably goes further, the two tracks that in my Unknown Tracks video below are listed as "Could very well be a sound effect" are possibly from these one of these labels as well, like Major Records or MuTel Library Services (sine we know R&S used at least one track from there).
Another thing that isn't connected to this theory, but I want to bring up anyway, is the the very first track in TGGLP, the semi-abandoned music blog for the series listed as "Laugh" by Robert Farnon from Chappell Recorded Music, but even there, it has a question mark after it, indicating Wildline (the person running it) doesn't even know if it's what plays there or not. When you listed to it, it really doesn't sound like the long note used (which is actually audible in the video linked below), so if anyone has a better idea of that sting can be, please tell me and by proxy everyone else here.
So that does it for my long-winded way of saying I need help with ID'ing music in these stupid old internet cartoons.

Track 1 sounds like maybe it was taken from some public domain educational film or something, you can tell it was looped a bit from wherever they got it from
