Italian label, under Edizioni Musicali Spiga.

All three releases are in the same, slightly odd format "Q disc", essentially a 33rpm "mini"-LP.
The Q is for 'quattro' (four), the typical amount of songs you could fit on one of these.

GEAS 012 is titled "Performance".

Somewhat unusually, these works are not listed under any publisher with SIAE, so I would make a guess this was probably Spiga's own label.
