You might remember me making a post about this Golden Crest LP a while back. This LP was the original source for a few Synchro-Fox cues seen in the library. But the reason why I'm making a re-rip post of this LP is the fact that I learned that microgroove LPs don't actually use a 78 RPM stylus, which is what I used for the first rip I've done of this LP. Turns out "Microgroove" was the name for LPs when they were introduced, and this microgroove LP (Alongside many others) is actually played with a regular LP stylus, not a 78 RPM stylus. Not only that, but playing microgroove LPs with the regular LP stylus sounds much better than playing it with a 78 RPM stylus. I wish I could've learned that long ago, but for some reason I didn't until last night. So here's the new rip for this LP, played with the right stylus this time. Enjoy! =)

Ha, yes WSBG I also learnt this the hard way. I was fortunate to come across some vinyl 78s a few years back and couldn’t work out which stylus to use. It seems it is the material of the record rather than the speed the record rotates which is key. Thanks for the re-rip.
