Title: Unknown BGM. Used in brazilian dubbing from "Banana Joe" and "Chespirito"

I was watching the Brazilian version of the movie "Banana Joe" and noticed this BGM. I tried to find the original version but couldn't. It's worth noting that it was also used in the Brazilian dub of the show "Chespirito".
