I'm very familiar with that piece of music because it has been used in some news music programs in my country.

Music Title: Olympic Spirit

They originally came from an American music library called “River City Sound Productions.”

Released in 1995

Then, around 2001, these companies merged to form a new stock library

called Digital Juice

I’m willing to bet that the version you’re using in your video is the one released during the Digital Juice era,

because this collection is very well-known and there are plenty of pirated copies online.
