Music Library from Japan "FreeSound”

They have a total of four albums, and I own the CD for Vol. 01.

The track in your video is from Vol. 03.

Retro Matic once shared it on Musrc; you could try asking if anyone downloaded and saved it back then.

I only provide sources for the music, but I don’t share the music files themselves.
