Hey everyone!
I've told a few people I own several rips from Retromatic, ones I like.
A few people have also wanted me to post them.
So as the posts go on, things will get more ambitious. I don't have that much stuff from Retromatic, but I'll do my best to share the rips with everyone.
In this first post, I'll share one album. It's probably my least favorite, but I like some of the songs in it, such as "Calbian City" (jingle), "Little Waltz" (jingle), "Straight a Head", and my most favorite, "Off Shore".
This album's code is KEM-A02, and the album name is "Sound Staff Vol.2 Easy-Listening Pop.
You may also know a song from this album, "Perpetuity", if you are into Lostwave. There's actually a lot of music by Sound Factory in the Etsuko Nishio tape, and a member here, ChunYinZi, helped to solve the unknown song now known as Perpetuity by Sound Factory.
Speaking of ChunYinZi, he just posted a few CD rips, one of them being a Sound Factory album. I hope all of you can add this one to your collection too!
I hope you enjoy this album, as well as the rest.
This is also a test. I'm using a system called TeraBox and I'm not sure how well it works. It worked OK for me, but let us know what you think of it.
Please try and ignore the QR code on the images. It's Retromatic's watermark for images. I found it hard to get over the fact that there's a watermark on every image, but I don't mind it much anymore. Each song also has a digital watermark unbearable to the human ear, so Retromatic and identify it's his rip. If you scan the QR code, it takes you to Musrc.com.
Huge thanks to the original people who made this happen, aka Retromatic (of course) and BenKirb!

And Retromatic, if you're reading this, please know I'm not trying to give all of your music to people for free. I respect your website and the fact that you sell CD rips. I just want to share some of this stuff to people, because it's what people are looking for, and since you haven't responded to any of us, I just want people to still have a sample of Retromatic CD rips; something they can add to their collection and hopefully buy more from you in the future.

Ah yes, the first Retromatic post of the day! :D
Hope more Retromatic rips coming on our way sooner or later! ;D
Anyway, thanks for the rips, my friend! 🤞

Haha, more coming soon! 😄

Aight, thanks friend. ;D

Thanks for the upload however, I have found that the unfortunately named Terabox only allows downloads when you have signed up to their service using Google or Facebook?

🥲
Luckily i have my Terabox account a long time ago.

Hm.
I like Terabox, it provides you a terabyte of space for free, but there's some hassles
You have to have the app to make things "more smooth" I guess, so otherwise there's a download limit at how much you can download at a time. Should I use it again?

Hm, me too. It gives me a terabyte of storage space, for free! Now this is more like it. :D
The problem was uploading files to Terabox is a bit friggin' slow, but this is my experience from backing up files from my BPro video and photo files for my road trip vacation here in Indonesia, but at least this is my first impression last year, but either way, i like Terabox. Heck, i even saved my library music collection in my Terabox storage. ;D
Should you use it again? To be honest, i like transfer.it better, because that way i can download them easily, but it's up to you anyway. Terabox or transfer.it or whatever, it's up to you. ;)

I must admit I find a kind of irony here. On the one hand Yohannes is unhappy that Retromatic is "trying to do anything to gatekeep us from accessing his rips" and on the other you have chosen to use a server which presents a number of access problems of its own. Just saying! :D

Haha, yeah. Sorry about what i just said earlier, Nido. 😅
But yeah, at least this was my first impression on Terabox. :D
Anyway, yeah, no worries, Nido. I would take note on that.

I understand you Nidostar, It’s just the platform I got these albums on, from BenKirb, and I didn’t feel like putting them anywhere else for the time being.
And Yohanes, while Transfer.it is good, the files only last 90 days. As for my website, I’m looking for a storage website I have a lot of space in, it’s free, and easy to download from.
Anybody know any other Terabyte storage sites?
I’m just testing this site; if it doesn’t work well, I’ll try something different.

Ah, i understand that, and i'll handle your opinion on that. ;)

According to Google, Terabox is the only Terabyte storage space that gets you a terabyte for free…
-
I’m going to upload a transfer.it file from now long.
For people who want to download after the 90 days, I’ll also attach the Terabox link.
-
you need to upload this to something else
I cannot download the files without creating an account or logging in with google and I am not doing either of those things.
Anybody know any other Terabyte storage sites?
I currently have 594GB stored in a single account on pixeldrain. Maybe consider using it.

Ok, I’ll work on it.
