Title: ID help: continuity music early 80's - probably KPM or De Wolfe?

Hi everyone, does anyone recognize this piece used as an intermission loop around 1980-1985?
I suspect it's KPM or De Wolfe, but I haven't been able to find it. Been searching for years now.
Broadcaster is IETV (Israel Educational TV)

This track is from the same station and era. It has a very similar production style and instrumentation, so it might actually be from the same library album or at least composer. Hopefully this one rings a bell for someone.
