Title: Unknown Commercial Track!

Hi!
This is one I've been trying to identify for a while now. It was used in an AGF Mutual commercial from 1999 featuring Gumby and Pokey.
Sounds like an archival track from something like KPM or Chappell. I'd really appreciate your help! Thanks!

JSYK, this was the longest clip I could find. The rest of the commercial uses some Hawaiian track.
