Hello! I’ve finally managed to register on this forum that I’ve been following for quite a few years now (I fought hard with the captchas 🙂 and I won). I’ve been downloading records since the late 1990s, mainly film soundtracks and library music albums. I’ve witnessed the end of blogs, pretty much all download platforms, etc., and I mourned the death of my 4-terabyte hard drive full of music (yes, I know, a 4 TB hard drive… that was stupid).
So I’m now in the process of rebuilding a virtual record collection, and what better way than coming here? I’m French, but I’ve been living in Mexico for 20 years. I recognize many of your usernames from following you around the web here and there, and I really appreciate your erudition when it comes to library music LPs. Thanks to you, I learn something new every day.
I don’t rip vinyl yet, although I’m properly equipped, but who knows? Maybe I’ll get into it when I retire 🙂
