Idk if this is weird to post but this track appeared in my recommendations which sounds nolstalgic. This track is a sample of Freddie Dredds Break and According to someone. Dredd said he doesn’t remember the sample and all he knew that one of the titles is Circus ______. This track might be from a romance country (Possibly Italy and might be from a Italian library)

This sounds annoyingly familiar - the organ and vocals are quite distinctive and Italian-sounding, but I don't recognize the exact melody.
I would guess about late 60's/early 70's, and considering the English-language title, probably from a reissue of a film score. (Trovajoli?)
