Hello, I'm new here,
I'm looking for Sonoton’s Dramatic Workshop series (Volumes 1–28) in full WAV or FLAC quality? Also, I would like music to be non CD rips and not from any library as they compress the music. Example APM Music, Extreme Music, Warner Chappell Music, and Cavendish Music, etc.
Thank you

I can fill this request for you. Although requesting WAV is a bit silly and I'm going to upload FLACs for you instead.
Dramatic Workshop 1-14 is already uploaded from my Sonoton megathread (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=555). You can find the links in this pixeldrain folder:

I am grabbing the rest from Cavendish Music and will have them uploaded in a little bit.

I need WAV, I'm sorry.

I just told you I am uploading flacs. FLAC is lossless, meaning when you decompress to wav, it is the same wav I downloaded from Cavendish.
You will be getting FLACs because they are half the size of WAVs and they are exactly the same thing when decompressed. All you need to do is use a program like flac.exe, foobar2000, dbpoweramp etc and you will have your wavs.

Sad but some people never learn to appreciate anything. If I wanted a particular vinyl or CD album, I would be over the moon to have it in MP3. It maybe outdated , but it's better than nothing.

You can download 1-28 here. Everything is in one folder now

I downloaded some vols and the music with higher volume is compressed, flatted. I'm sorry.

Just know, that is how the music comes, it is not because of the conversion to FLAC.
That's mighty ungrateful of you by the way. I spent a good couple hours downloading these from cavendish for you and you say that. :(

I'm sorry. Please don't get angry at me. Download 'Dramatic Workshop 16: The History Of Sci-Fi' for me in WAV from Cavendish Music. I'll then see if I like the quality.

I already included that in my pixeldrain folder, you can download it there. Download the FLAC, then decompress to wav using flac.exe and then you'll have the exact waves I downloaded.

I have many audio converter, it doesn't change the wave form. Why couldn't you download them in WAV.

I did download them in wave. I then converted to FLAC because it is lossless. That is what I uploaded. I don't know why you can't understand what lossless means. Look at this webarchive of the FlacFox experiment from 20 years ago. It proved you can convert an .exe file of firefox and make a waveform out of it, make a flac from that waveform, delete the original waveform, convert the flac back to wave, remove the audio header and successfully install firefox.

FLAC is lossless, and this difference you hear is in your head, it isn't real.

Why did you convert them in FLAC for?

Why did you convert them in FLAC for?
Because FLAC is lossless

The Audio in flat when it is louder, why do you keep on saying it is alright.

Because you are wrong. The audio you have received is identical to the audio I have downloaded from Cavendish. Bit perfect identical.
If you don't find it acceptable, you don't find Cavendish's offering acceptable. I did nothing to alter the audio and FLAC is lossless, so how can it happen even?

I'm sorry, It isn't your fault. I created an account with Cavendish Music, and the music was the same when I download one. Don't get music from Cavendish Music.

Why do you say don't get music from Cavendish? They have the same files other libraries do.

APM Music has the same compression.

APM Music has the same compression.
That's exactly correct, they are the same files on both APM and Cavendish. Kinda proves my point. I'm really not hearing this compression you're talking about, and I'm for sure not seeing it in these waveform screenshots.

You're welcome by the way
In case you didn't google that phrase earlier, what you're doing right now is what Looking A Gift Horse In The Mouth means.

Sit down @Christopher, and enjoy the music that is freely offered to you

I'd like to share my own perspective:
1. For the same track in a music library, downloading it in WAV format (or FLAC) from different websites yields distinct spectral waveforms.
For instance, with Sonoton—I have access to multiple sites offering Sonoton album downloads—but the spectral waveforms of the same track downloaded from these sites are not identical.
2. CD audio quality is superior. When I encounter albums I truly love, I go out of my way to purchase their CDs or ask friends for copies. The sound quality of CDs genuinely differs from digital versions found online—their spectral waveforms are superior, and at equal volume levels, some tracks sound louder. I possess professional music playback equipment and can vouch for this.

I’ve learned what FLAC actually is, and it's is now alright if someone gave me FLAC. What I realised is that it’s not FLAC that compresses the audio, it’s the production music libraries like APM Music, Cavendish Music, Extreme Music, and Warner Chappell Music that slightly compress the music, so the music's volume doesn't overpass the top. I'm sorry.
