Only have these in mp3 format which someone recorded from vinyl I think - doesn't sound in CD quality.

I don't know if they are 320 or not - they are what was sent to me years ago !

This isn't an acceptable answer. If you're going to be trading music files on the internet, knowing how to check the bitrate is an absolute bare minimum talent you must have. Use this tool to find out the information about any media file you have, not just music.
