Up the Stairs by ROBERT GUERRIER is a BMI work (ID: 11335269), published by ROBERT GUERRIER MUSIC (composer's own private label, it looks like). You could try asking the composer for it by emailing BOBSSTUDIO@YAHOO.COM.

It's not on his website, so he's probably not released it publicly. (Or has released it in the past but removed it later). I think your best bet to get your hands on it is to ask the composer directly.
