This one has been uploaded here a couple of times, but all the links are currently dead. Can someone please help me out?

Hi SuperL and welcome to LMT.

You're right, I've seen this a few times and I've even provided a link myself in the past.  However, until you flagged it, I wasn't aware that there was a track missing.  So, I've dug out my Bruton cd collection and found it.  Freshly ripped and tagged ready for you and whoever wants to replace their existing copy with the missing track.
