Title: Amphonic Music (Lossless)

Syd Dale (20 May 1924 in York – 15 August 1994) was an English self-taught composer and arranger of funk, easy listening and library music. His music played an important role on TV, radio and advertising media of the 1960s and 1970s and is still used. In 1971, he founded Amphonic Music record label for the express purpose of recording and producing his compositions and supplying music to the TV, film and radio business.


Here's all the Amphonic albums I've managed to collect.  I'm not positive of the sources for all of these, but I suspect many of these are from some studio site, and there are some vinyl rips mixed in as well.  I've purposely left out the lossy versions I have as these are just placeholders.  I'll update the thread if/when I get more of these releases.

I would very much like to complete the Amphonics library in FLAC, so if you have some of the missing titles, please do upload!  I have most of the rest of the AVF series in MP3, but again, these are placeholders.

I looked in my collection and found this one in FLAC. This copy probably came from soulseek. The spectrogram indicates this is not a fake (transcode) like many of the other Amphonic FLACs I have encountered in the wild.

Excellent!  Thank you for your upload.  I will add it in the main thread.

Indeed, there are some really stupid people out there who have transcoded many of the Amphonic albums from MP3 to FLAC.  I can assure you the files I have uploaded are not these transcodes and have been tested with Adobe Audition to confirm their true lossless nature.
