Title: Unknown Morricone-esque Spaghetti Western Cue/Library track?

Trying to find what I suspect is a library track... i've never been able to identify whether it's a Ennio Morricone or just a sound alike?
ANY help tracking this down would be appreciated...

Sounds like a cue from "Once Upon a Time in the West"

It's certainly based on scores like that one, but unfortunately not from it... any other ideas?

You may be right, but it certainly sounds exactly like a cue variation of the "Man With A Harmonica" theme from the film.
