I don't know if these should be counted here, but I would appreciate it if I had information regarding what these tracks are and which albums they originated from.

"Happy Picnic" was later reissued on CPM 3 as "Happy Fellow". It was originally titled "A Gay Time" and was issued on PMS Vol. III No. I.
