If anyone has information on where these records can be found, or would be willing to share them, I would be truly grateful. These albums are very meaningful to me, and I would like to enjoy them for private listening.

Fonit-Cetra MLC 4937-38 Commenti Musicali 1 (Yellow) Gialli (1965) was also released as Ember Mood Music Library ERL 3332 Yellow - Howard Robert Orchestra which was in bunch n.32 of Greta and Trkizbrk's Edited Internet Archive's rips.
The link, however isn't active any more.

Fonit-Cetra MLC 4512-13 Commenti Musicali 1 Romantici-Drammatici (1965)
was released as:
Ember Mood Music ERL 3346 Romantics and Dramatics (Howard Robert Orchestra) (1968)
