Title: Who ever mentioned the Japanese anime “Dotto!” Koni-chan is soundtrack？

I remember seeing someone post a thread at LTM last year asking about a very rare Japanese anime soundtrack called Dotto!

I just saw it for sale on mercari, but I'm not sure I'm going to buy it yet

Because it's not library music, but it's rare
