Well, no (but by extension, yes).
I got zero matches from my copy of the fingerprinter, unfortunately.
But AHA thinks it's a cover song of "Gentle Knight" by Antonio Di Santo, Alessandro Fabozzi & Claudio Ferrante - which (1) appears to be non-library and was released in 2024, whereas your video link is a History Channel documentary from the late 2000s/early 2010s that mainly uses Killer Tracks cues; and (2)...
...seems to have partially copied the melody from the track you wanted to ID!
No wonder we don't talk about stuff this recent here on this forum. Sorry about that.
