A nice record in the vein of "Variety", sorry, I didn't know how to translate this, but "Varietà" is a kind of show (theatre or tv) with typical entertainment music.
Giampiero Boneschi mainly, but also featuring Marcello Gigante, Attilio Donadio, and each one of them with their own aliases.
Now, does anybody of you guys, can tell me what kind of instrument is the wind instrument played mainly in the Boneschi's tracks?
I just can't get it, and it doesn't sound like a harmonica to me.
Btw, here is the (so so) rip. Enjoy!

Once again a really beautiful share Greta...and a very appreciated gap filler in this fantastic Italian label...Thank you!

Thanks Greta :)

Thanks a million Greta! Very nice album. Listening to a new Music Scene is always a joy for me. I like especially the Boneschi side.

IT IS a harmonica!
What gave it away, the title? HARMONICA Scene! Hahahaha! What were you drinking? Maybe I'll make the same thing and listen to this tonight. :o

Thanks Greta

Actually, I was listening to this right after a couple of pre-dinner cocktails (what the hell, it was friday...lol). I knew the title mentions the harmonica, but I said in my original post it was not sounding like a harmonica.
Does this mean that alcohol do not inhibit my ability to read, but it does with my ability to listen?? Ahahaha.

Thanks a ot Greta, beautiful stuff! Going through the Boneschi side at the moment (under influence of coffee).
The harmonica occasionally sounds quite a bit like melodica in some parts (espcially when there are less glissandos), but they are very similar instruments.
Maybe cocktails free your ears from what you've read?

Gee, thank you Roope. Melodica!!!
I didn't even know the name of that "wind portable keyboard" I was thinking at, when I was listening to the record.
And I've been thinking it was just a kind of kids toy, cause I remember I had one when I was a child.

After listening to this, I now see what you mean. It says "harmonica," but it doesn't sound like the expected harmonica sound. Maybe it is an electric harmonica. Unusual stuff from Boneschi, as usual. Thanks for posting (and thanks to the original ripper)!
