The top three main labels from APM Music:

- KPM Music (for their various archived material, including contemporary music from the 60s and 70s and vintage recordings from the 40s to late 50s)

- Bruton (for their light hearted children's themes and their heart pounding, intensifying horror music)

- Sonoton (for their orchestral Hollywood style music)

I do not have a favourite label, per se. I have more a favourite Era (or Eras)

Music from 1920-1980 i guess would be my 'favourite - I could even go back further to the 15th century. Although i do really appreciate the music from 1980 to present day.
I think for me, because of my love and passion for Film and TV music, those years are things that i can almost instantly recognise, and take me back to a place of my childhood, safety, family, familiarity.

It's kinda funny too: that is also the music that i love the most from any specific genre of music. Again I can appreciate the 'pop' music of the 80's and to some degree the 90's - but those era's hold something very dear to me. Hard to put it into words. Maybe that's why i can associate things more with music.

Well, my favourite is a bit difficult, but if I had to choose, it's MUSIC HOUSE and CAVENDISH.
These late-80s/early-90s sounds - albeit some are from BOOSEY in the latter case - from the UK is just exactly what I always dreamed of having without narrators talking / explaining things over.
Especially Warren and Brian Bennett as well as Jimmy Kaleth and Richard Keith Madoc Thomas are just fantastic and really drill down to the musical essense of my soul. "Energy Barrier" (on DIGITAL PICTURES via MUSIC HOUSE) or "Test Bench" (on BLUEPRINTS via CAVENDISH MUSIC) still give me great joy and goosebumps of accoustic cozyness. They just cover the "future", technology et cetera themes from the 80s so welll!

I love so many, im really into that dark and moody sound, the dramatic tension background music that has a subtle groove and the sleazy funk themes from mid to late 70's.
