Track IDs / Two unknown tracks

Hello again LMT community, I'm need your help again to identify these two music. They were used again for Indy 500 coverage by ABC in 1993 and 2001. Once again nor YouTube or Shazam are identifying them, so I'm here for your help! Thanks for replies!

Yes, i have!
when i visited Vanguarda, i was shocked when i have seen a Sonoton CD using an art made by Hans Donner (creator of the most popular TV network logos in LATAM: the TV Globo logo)

The following album (released in 2000) uses a image of the 500 Years of Brazil clock, used by TV Globo between 1997-2000

The covers aren't that good too, I know, but they were the "less worse" I could find.

Can identify what is the production sound imaging used for Winamp player intro/start-up sound from the beginning of the video? This sound imaging is similar played in the radio stations mostly. Hopefully answer it this.

This is a good album and I know about Frederic with his involvement in some of Jarre's earlier work.  I downloaded this earlier and had a listen.  Really good, but I do like synths so appeals to me.

Big thanks to ChunYinZi for sharing this album.  I've taken the liberty to edit the WAV's into FLAC for those wanting lossless but also reducing file sizes.  I've also renamed the files, tagged and added the excellent artwork.

We're dealing with a “real” forger (who, by the way, isn't that good).
the images speak for themselves... They come from discog and have been photoshopped
as evidenced by the sharp typography and blurred logo on the back cover
Not to mention the same lighting reflections and shadows...

The same goes for this so-called flac, which is none other than the mp3 320 that most of us already own!

Anyway what I'm saying isn't against people who honestly share their best,
but against those who make us believe in quality that isn't!

How can we trust people when this kind of manipulation becomes recurrent?
