For some reason it sounds like Carousel music. What do you think it came from?

Sounds like it's from between the late 70s to around the 80s.

Song lasts too short before narration to provide any luck with Audio Identifiers.

I don’t listen to much old big band music like this, but as if it’s a coincidence, you post this song here and it turns out to be my only favorite song from this era of music! Haha!

Even though this track was originally non-library, Werner Tautz's "Kicker" (Elite Special - PLPE 30046 - That's Music) (AKA "Premier Parade" on it's Extreme Music re-issue and re-title) makes an appearance in a 2005 Japanese commercial for Sugi Pharmaceutical.

Kotakbas59, if you're asking someone to share an album I think it would be helpful (and courteous) to at least give the name of the library rather than expect members to go hunting far and wide with just a catalogue number. At the last count UPM hosts 149 different libraries. In this case RML 002 (with just two zeros) is from Retro Music Library. I'm afraid I don't have it.
