I really dig it, and I suspect it's from a British library Ascher distributed since most of these used KPM and the like.

To ease server loads, if 100 people all connect at the same time (not uncommon), the requests may be queued slightly so the server doesn't have to handle all of them simultaneously, but rather "portioned out" a bit.Ah, I see what just happened. That's informative, no wonder why it takes so long whenever I reload this website to see what's new, until I reload again, and it loaded instantly. Anyway, thanks for the heads-up, Mr!
