This is a wrestling entrance theme used by the wrestler Kamala in various promotions (WCCW, WWF, AWA) from 1983-1985. So this song/album is at least from 1983 or earlier.
It's a jungle/tribal type beat. It's also extremely likely it's from a mainstream but probably obscure album.
The upload is a collection of about 8-10 recording clips put together, ranging from about 0:50-1:20 in length. Unfortunately the audio quality is relatively poor due to the age. I've tried using Youtube's Fingerprint ID and Reddit's NameThatSong, but came up with nothing, most likely because of the quality.
