Intro:
"muted trumpet/trombone? transition"

Pretty sure that's when "A Day Out (h)" cross fades (at the 13 second mark of the original track) to "Mystery of Life".

cutscene 12 (Ms. Fortune reports to Nefarious):
"evil music w/ bells" is "Symph. Fantastique: Witches Sabbath" - Hector Berlioz [BCC 0013, #34]

cutscenes 13 - 16 (Wacme demonstrations):
"imitation woodwinds" is "Cartoon, Music - Theme 3A: Woodlands" and "Cartoon, Music - Theme 3A: Flute" from the Sound Ideas Series 4000 library.

"pizzicato strings (same?)" is "Cartoon, Music - Theme 3A: Pizzicato, Strings", also from the Sound Ideas Series 4000 library (Theme 3B is heard in cutscene 15).

(All can be heard here: soundideas.sourceaudio.com/#!explorer?b=1351770&o=track_number&d=a&show=50&pg=16)

"harp glissando" is "MAGIC - LITTLE HARP GLISS" from the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library:

soundeffects.fandom.com/wiki/Sound_Ideas,_MAGIC_-_LITTLE_HARP_GLISS

"something under sound effects?" in cutscene 40 is not music, but a demon sound effect (don't know which library) used twice for Christopher Lloyd's character when he turns cartoonish in said cutscene. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

That's all I have to offer for you.

Thanks! Never would have guessed that they would use anything from Sound Ideas. Using music from a mostly-sound effects collection is rare.

As for the muted brass, I hear two descending notes that don't seem to belong to either "A Day Out (h)" or "Mystery of Life" as they crossfade into each other.
