Lost media "El Chapulín Colorado"

In 1993, the SBT (Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão) used this BGM for the opening of the series "El Chapulín Colorado" in Brazil:



The community recently developed an idea that this BGM might have come from an Italian comedy film/series/show from the 60s/70s/80s. Has anyone seen her somewhere or know her name?
