Terrific share!
Thank you so much Geo.

With artists like Macchi, Tamponi, Lavagnino you can't go wrong.
Also a track by Sergio Cafaro, who I'm after since a decade already, searching for the damn elusive "Elettrogialli" composed along with Luciani, Turicoli, Gelmetti.

Although a release date for this is "unknown", I would say it could well be at least from 1967.
That's because some tracks by Franco Tamponi were used as part of the soundtrack of a science-fiction thriller movie called "Flashman" dated 1966/67.

A curiosity:
the title of that movie inspired an italian prog/rock band born right in those years with the name "I Flashmen".
And not least of the coincidences, their records were published by Kansas, a label we well know released also some library records.

Thanks again Geo, this record definitely deserved a hi-quality listen.

Thanks for this! But may I ask where you got this "24/192" rip? Spectral analysis says "No Way!"

What's wrong in spectrals going all the way up to 24kHz with no artifacts?

1967 wow yes thank you greta, I was hoping at least 1969 but this is great news! I love when these dip into the 1960s.

I think AfricPepperbird was doubting about the legitimacy of the lossless file, not arguing about the 192.
But, as I said, files are legit to me. They have all the frequencies going up to 24kHz with no artifacts.

For those interested:

24bit/48kHz flac, split version
racaty.net/2nb0ljxr9yqm
filesize +o- 380 MB

This was a hard one to split, mostly side a, due to those deep fade-in's and fade-out's.

There's also a curous note Geo: did you realize that on side b, the track b6 "Incubo Incalzante" is doubled?
I mean, it was not you, but the vinyl itself with that extra track (identical to me, at a first quick listen).
Now I wonder if it was a printing error on all the copies or just your copy (in that case it's rare!).
Nowhere that double track is mentioned (not on the back sleeve, nor on the labels), and the two have exactly the same duration and all the rest.
Weird enough!

Thanks again for your rip.

ps  I tried to do something with those clicks (at first automatically, and then manually, with iZotope), but it's clearly not my job and I gave up.
The version I posted is Geo's rip, just split and converted to 24/48 flac.

Gosh, no, it doesn't help.
From your picture of side b, the microgroove is divided in 10 tracks, as it should be.
And the sixth track has no interruptions.
Actually, I must say that when I did split your file, the silence I found between "the first and the second" track "Subconscio" was very short compared to the silence in between all the other tracks.
And this could be compatible with your picture I think, which shows no interruption in the sixth track.
But one thing is sure: that part of your vinyl contains to times the same track, both long 35 seconds. And the label states "Subconscio" is 35 seconds long.
Hell, this is driving me crazy...lol!

One more curiosity:
on the rear sleeve track B1 is called "Sagome Nella Notte" and on the label is called "Sagoma Nella Notte".

In italian Sagome with "e" is plural and with "a" is singular.
Being a "sagoma" something like a silhouette, and the meaning of the title is "silhouette-s/shadow-s in the night", the question is:
How many fellas were going around that night??
Mysterious as well!

haha wow this is hilarious, greta!! so many typos and mistakes, no quality control at all!! well it was the late 1960s and only 1 in the series, hopefully SR got it together in time for the morricone session!!
