Rome-based label under Gipsy Music founded by Paul & Peter Micioni in 1983, now under Emergency, Leonardi, Arteconarte, Co.Gi, Warner Chappell Italiana and other publishers.
Dedicated mainly to italo-disco, although some library records were published in 1990.

SLP 1002 - Immagini Colorate - Rotec (Rossano Corradetti)/Bersaglio (Pierfrancesco Bellisario) (1990)

I fully agree.

I would bet a dollar the name chosen for this label (Cat) is because the surname of the two founders (Micioni).

CAT in Italian translates to GATTO but also to MICIO. And MICIONI is the augmentative of MICIO in the plural.

At the end: Micioni = two (or more) big cats.
