I've got another mystery:
Opening of TVP Rzeszów's (then TV Rzeszów) regional news program "Aktualności" (0:02-0:10):

From what I know the cue was also used by SIC's "Jornal de Noite" in years 1992-1997. The mysterious track sounds like similar ones from Koka Media, but I haven't found it neither in any pre-October 1992 albums available on Universal Production Music's websites nor in the now-discontinued KOK 2021 and KOK 2023 CDs that have been uploaded in these forums.

00:00-01:13 Track used as a background of clock in programme startup from 2002.
Hint: It was used on the First Channel for programme startups since mid 90s along with
Jean Yves D'Angelo - Sunset Drive [KOK 2073], Frédéric Masson - City Mag [KOK 2089]

Sorry for double post, but I've finally found that track. It's "Quiet Waves" by Thierry David and it curiously comes from the generally discontinued K-Vox library (Koka Media's sister label) I wrote "generally" since I found out that the label is strangely available on Nichion's (Universal Production Music's Japanese distributor) site: www,nslibrary,nichion,co,jp/albums/9528-K-VOX104

EDIT (24th November, 2019):

Just look at this guys :) (Clock)
I've managed to identify this track, too. It also comes from K-Vox library and it's "Direct Flight" by Thierry David [KVOX 104]. Also around the same time, "So Softly" from the same album was also used as one of BGMs during the clock on TVP1.

@adamz689 Boy, YouTube's music info under the video's description has identified it for you - it's "Air" [SON 182/SCD 039] by Norman Candler.

Meanwhile, I have identified more TVP cues from early 90's:

The first one used at the beginning of the 1992 Telegazeta (TVP's teletext service) promo (from 1:44) is the 15 second version of "Silver Streams" [CNS 001] by Gunter Moll. Unfortunately, I haven't identified the cue in the main part of the video:

Another one, the "Week with Whoopie Goldberg" ident from November 1993 used "Take It" by Peter Patzer and Carsten Wagener [CNS 003]:

Damn, man I'm almost sure that there wasn't any content ID info that few hours before when I was writing that post  :P
I've posted this almost immediately after upload of that clip.
Anyway thanks for that info. And of course thanks for You recognition of that few cues :)
I was especially curious about that Telegazeta tune, so I really appreciate Your help!

It looks like the mysterious tune used in the 1992-1997 TVP2 ident was also used in the Pakistan Television history 1994 documentary (at 30:53):

Unfortunately, I still haven't identified it yet.

EDIT (04.04.2020):

First Channel 25.08.1989, some pause screen with logo and part of late-night closedown issue of news report.
00:00-00:50 I'm obviously interested in cue in the background of pause screen

I've discovered that the same cue was used at the beginning (till 2:42) ending (54:48-56:47) of "Krainom z baśni podobna... Suwalskie latem" 1992 documentary (which was itself filled with Sonoton tracks):
