Most of the PBS stuff from the 90's and forward is original custom music.

I know this for a fact because someone I know did a ton of custom cues for PBS in general and Sesame Street between the 90's and early 2000's. Maybe some of this stuff is him. Haven't talked to him in ages, but could maybe reach out to him and see if no one here ID's this stuff as library.

Nope, the composer I know that did some of the PBS stuff is Elliot Sokolov
