I'm dying, help identify for this unknown magnificent library album

Hello friends.
I've been looking for 3 years, I could not find it  :-[
This was used in a few erotic 70s films.

1978 or before. Maybe CAM library or CAM soundtracks or German Library.
Help me please identification for this killer library album. I'm dying  :'(
