Happy New Year!

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this incredible song that I’ve been trying to ID for about 10 years now. Sound like a psychedelic western-B movie but could be anything. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance and all the best in 2024.

Is that guy saying "Ivanna" or "Nirvana" over and over again?

No idea. I’ve been trying to figure it out for years... Nirvana, Ivanna, Irrana, Piranha, Tirana, and so on... Nothing seems to match 100%. I think he is pronouncing ”S” at the end of that word. I hear “Irrans”.
