Although I don't get the meaning of that Soul with the capital S, and albeit the overall sense of your statement sounds kind of rude to me (but maybe I'm just misunderstanding?)

...here is a flac rip of this beautiful mellow-lounge album by Roberto Fogu mainly, for everyone to enjoy.

I tried to remember where I got this from with no results (files are dated 2017..)

It's an allusion to Soulseek people keeping files private. No criticism targeted at anyone on this forum.
