Title: Can Anyone Identify the Library / Cat number of this track?

Hi,

First of all just want to say that this is a great site, full of amazing, helpful people, that I am glad to have found and joined.

Is there any chance that somebody could identify this production track.

I've heard it used on a number of tv shows, but most notably it was used as the theme for LKToday a good few years back.
