I had first wondered about the date given, 1972, since it's a bit late for these Wow!-Stereo! ping-pong records.
The recording it turns out is from 1960. Just the time when stereo records were the latest fashion, and a lot of Wow!-Stereo! stuff came on the market. So, the "original Alshire tapes" are not the actual original.
Just sayin' ;;

1972 was the first time it was attached to the 101 Strings brand though :D
