It says permission is denied.  :-\

EDIT: I restarted Tor and now it downloads fine! Just thought I'd mention it in case it happens to anyone else. :)

BTW, if you get a "Permission denied" message when trying to access the file, just close the window/tab and paste the URL again once or twice.
