Small French label under Editions Essex.
Though unrelated, this label seems to use the same painting in their logo as the one featured on the sleeves of Programme Production (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=161.0), a 17th century print by Nicolas de Larmessin called "Habit de musicien".
