Title: Please help me ID this track.

Greetings my friends. I consider everyone here to be so much more knowledgeable than I am when it comes to library music, and because of this, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me please and shed some light on the identity of this track. I haven't much to go on other than I first heard it in '84. Any help you could give is appreciated tenfold.

I feel this sounds very Omnimusic - I'll take a look and see if I can find it.
