Track IDs / Laser 558 News Bed
« Last post by redwave on Today at 08:03:11 PM »
I’m told that this track is probably library music however, I’ve no idea on the title or library. The air check dates from 1984 and I think the track is probably early 80s. I’ve removed the presenter to highlight the bed.

I bought this in the mid-late 90's for £40 (a fortune for me back then) but I was desperate to have it was potentially chock full of cues from Prisoner Cell Block H.  I didn't regret spending the £40. In fact it was £80 in all as I bought Volume One at the same time.

Can you RE Up this record?
Thanks!!

BRJ 7 - Life of Adventure/ Video Techniques

Composers: Trevor Bastow/ Nick Ingman
Year: 1979
Used: Prisoner Cell Block H

BRJ 8 - Drama Montage Volume Two

Composer: Brian Bennett
Year: 1979
Used: Prisoner Cell Block H, The Sweeney, Famous Five
Sampled: DITC 'Themes, Dreams & Schemes',Kollegah 'Ghetto Superstars', Jaw 'Alles Was Du Willst', Beginner 'Ahnma', Evidence 'Slow Roll', M.A.X 'Moja PricA'
Alternate cover:

BRJ 9 - Web of Intrigue/ Investigator.

Almost every track of this LP was used in Prisoner Cell Block H; initially dotted around and then used extensively in the late 300's.
I can remember picking this up in Manchester when I was there for a conference.  I hadn't yet worked out whjat a safe bet the BRJ's were so £11.99 felt like quite a sum to pay blind. Bit of background noise on this one.

Composers: Richard Hill/ John Hawkins
Years: 1979
Used: Prisoner Cell Block H
Sampled: Evidence '713 Palms'

'Landrover' at 35.32

Can you RE UP this  Records?
Thanks!

Hey folks!

Just a quickie here. I went ahead and uploaded those "redos" I mentioned in my previous post; here's some links! I think I made substantial improvements with these passes; maybe I'll go back to some other albums of mine down the road.

Sorry, this is a library music forum. Mr Bloe is a commercial track.
I don't disagree. Though the album featured Zack Laurence and Harry Pitch both of whom composed for various libraries including Bruton and Studio G.
