Unknown track of SBT and Rede Bandeirantes (Brazil)

I ask someone to identify this unknown track. Used in promo of SBT in march 1991 and on the program ID "Esporte Hoje" of Rede Bandeirantes in 1998. I suspect it's a Valentino or Aircraft Music track.
