2 unknown tracks

I have been looking for the first track for a while now. I am asking about it again because I found a cleaner version of it and I found another track that is probably from the same library. They are most likely from a royalty free library from the 80s or 90s. Maybe even early 2000s.

Thanks to Audio Fingerprinter, I found the first track: it's "Silicon Morning" from Music 2 Hues album "Power Corporate" (M2H18) that was released in 1999 

Suddenly, no luck with the second track

Unfortunately I have no clue. But to me it seems they're definetely from the late 90s
