RIP Francis Monkman

Francis Monkman, British composer and keyboardist, known as a founding member of the groups Curved Air and the wonderful Sky, died on May 12, 2023. He also recorded tracks for library music labels like Bruton Music and KPM.

Much of his music was used in Televisa soap operas from 1997.

His track Achievements Of Man (Bruton BRI 04 & BRL 03) was played behind the animated channel ID logo for Kuwait TV channel 2 in the mid/late 80s.
