Unknown Library, Possibly De Wolfe or Euro, 1983-4

Been researching/doccumenting various bits of library music used by same anime and mostly commercials (produced specifically by Takara).
One that's allways lived rent free in my head, and have been wondering the origins of for a while, was the theme for the 1983 Takara Diaclone Battle Convoy commercial.

Takara (or whoatever ad agency or they worked with) Tended to use De Wolfe in their commercial (Hobson's Choice 2 for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Nh81FI4WLo)

But my main concern is that of again, Battle convoy's music, it's so distinct that ive never managed to catch it in any other japanese commercials of that era, i assume its European library as oposed to De Wolfe (as a freind assumes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AFJrvElOfQ

It's 'They Went That A'Way' by Keith Papworth from the de Wolfe LP 'Way Out West'
