The Most Mysterious Songs on the Internet

Stumbled upon a video on Youtube today which is about unsolved/unidentified songs that people were looking for.

The first and fourth songs sound a bit like they could come from a library recording. What do you think?

The first song has massive Jermaine Stewart vibes to me. Just listen to "We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off".
